This charming studio apartment, situated in a small hamlet just five minutes drive from the picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey comprises of a double bed, dining/ lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen, including washer / dryer, dishwasher, hob and oven and microwave. The separate generous size bathroom comprises a whirlpool spa shower bath as well as underfloor heating and towel warmer. In addition, there is a large freesat digital TV. Bath towels and all linen are provided. Untilities are included in the charge. Kingfisher Cottage is perfect for couples who require a luxurious environment with access to superb countryside, gardens and coastal walks. It could also be ideal for larger families who require more than one cottage if rented alongside our charming Nut Cottage. There is a shared patio / BBQ area on a level terrace further up on the hillside and guests are welcome to use any of the private gardens.
Kingfisher Cottage is situated approximately 150 yards off the B3273 on the right hand side approaching from St Austell.....the nearest shops, post office, garage, pub and beach are just 1 mile away, in the historic village of Pentewan. Mevagissey with its picturesque harbour and narrow winding streets, gift shops and numerous pubs and special places to eat are just a 5 minute drive. If you prefer walking or cycling, Pentewan Valley opposite the cottage is the perfect place, or the stunning coastal path is just a 15 minute walk away. The famous Lost Gardens of Heligan are just a couple of miles and the Eden Project traffic depending is around a 15 minute drive.
£260 up to £545 per week including all utilities We are also able to offer winter and out of season breaks of 3+ days, please enquire.
