Mudgeon Vean Farm Cottages are situated in an area of 'outstanding natural beauty',
on the south side of the Helford River on the Lizard Peninusla.
There are three delightful cottages,
each with its own private garden/patio areas, offering all those home from home comforts......



Accommodation
'Swallow & Swift Cottages'
Swallow & Swift Cottages are delightful semi-detached dwellings with their own private secure back garden/patio area.....
They both sleep 4 (plus cot) in two bedrooms, one double and one bunk bedded room. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished and all bed linen is provided.....
The open plan lounge, kitchen, diner is comfortably laid out, with cosy settees, a log fire...perfect for those chillier evenings, colour TV, DVD, Video Recorder & CD/Radio Cassette player....
The kitchen/dining area has seating for up to four guests,
washing machine, electric cooker, microwave and a
small fridge with freezer box....
Booking is from Saturday - Saturday
'Badger Cottage'
Badger Cottage is an 18thc listed building adjoining the main farmhouse. Originally the 'cowshed' this building has been lovingly restored retaining much of its original character and charm. It is spacious, yet cosy and tastefully furnished to a high standard....
It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, one double and one bunk bedded room (+cot). It has a small enclosed garden to the side and
ample safe parking....
Booking is from Friday - Friday
Guests additionally have use of communal coin operated tumble dryer. All cottages are heated by Economy 7 storage & panel heaters, payable by meter reading on arrival/departure.

Additional Information
The Trewhella family farm has become the home of Helford Creek Apple Juice an entirely natural Apple juice available all over Cornwall and the South West . Surrounding fields grow crops and dairy heifers graze. The farm is still home to many chickens, ducks, pigs, pigmy goats, five cats, a dog and pony, as well as numerous species of wildlife.
Visit at any time of the year and you will have a different experience each time.
