Penty Rosen

Penty Rosen is a delightful farm cottage, situated on the working farm of Rescorla,
found nestling in the peaceful rolling Cornish countryside,
just a few minutes drive from the picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey.
It is an idyllic place for a relaxing holiday and for those interested in nature,
there is an abundance of wildlife on and around the farm.
There may be new born calves and baby lambs to see!


Accommodation

'Penty Rosen' is a very spacious cottage(Sleeps 6 + 2 + cot)
with the benefit of a shared swimming pool.
The ground floor features a cosy lounge with double sofa bed & French doors, dining room/farmhouse-style kitchen and separate toilet & basin.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms, one double, one twin and one with bunk beds, each with washbasin.
The bathroom has a corner bath, shower cubicle, toilet & basin.
All Linen (duvets) are provided, as is electricity and oil for central hearing and logs for the open fire.
Highchair and Stairgate are all included in cost.
There is a shared payphone for guests use and a large shared courtyard with sitting out area & furniture.

Weekly bookings which run from Friday to Friday.
We regret we have no facilities for pets.

Location
Mevagissey is a small coastal village just 5 miles south of St Austell, which is situated at the north eastern corner of the tri-angular "Roseland Peninsula", with St Mawes at the southern tip.
Mevagissey itself, is a delightful cornish village, with working harbour, narrow streets, lovely restaurants, pubs and gift shops....
