Three Chimneys is situated in the most wonderful situation....just imagine - fields, fresh air and an enormous expanse of ocean out to the lighthouse six miles off the far south coast of Cornwall. All this can be viewed in complete peace and luxury from Three Chimneys.......

Three Chimneys comprises of: 1 double bedroom, 3 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with w.c., 1 shower room with w.c. (downstairs) sitting room with woodburner, family room with television/ DVD, open plan kitchen/dining room with dishwasher and microwave , utility room with clothes washer/dryer, central heating and an enclosed garden
The big family kitchen is the natural focal point of Three Chimneys. It has a fully fitted kitchen with large Belling range cooker and a table to seat 10. Open-plan friendliness gives way to a snug snug, complete with comfortable sofa, chairs, prints by local artists and TV/video; this leads through to a sitting room with a great granite hearth and a wood-burning stove. It has new pine flooring and old painted beams, an intimate room out of which rises a Georgian tongue-and-groove-clad stairway - perhaps not for those who suffer from vertigo! Upstairs, a fresh double bedroom and three twin rooms. Baths have hand showers on top of the taps... Outside, a large patch of mown grass carved from the field is enclosed by a Cornish hedge.

Porthgwarra is a tiny fishing cove with a small sandy beach and rock pools, although there is a choice of sandy beaches within just a 10 minutes drive. Penzance is just a short distance and is a good location for those wishing to explore all that West Cornwall has to offer. |
